Thank you for choosing Artistly Books! Because all of our products are digital downloads (PDF coloring books) and are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

No Returns on Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your PDF coloring book has been delivered and downloaded, we cannot accept returns.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Although we generally do not offer refunds, we will consider refund requests in the rare case that:

The product file is corrupted or unreadable

You did not receive your download link

You encounter a technical issue that prevents the use of the product

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase with details and evidence of the issue.

No Partial Refunds
